About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data interpretation, reporting, and visualization, and will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into usable formats.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Design and create dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Translate business requirements into clear analytical deliverables.

- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

- Conduct ad hoc analysis and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Assist in building data models and maintaining data pipelines.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and datasets.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 45+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

- Proficient in Excel and data manipulation techniques.

- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.

- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (i.e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
