About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead - Generative AI & Agentic AI to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks. This role will be responsible for building intelligent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, decision-making, memory management, and tool orchestration to solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, machine learning, and cloud-native application development, along with the ability to lead technical teams and drive AI innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, memory retention, self-reflection, and autonomous task execution.

- Build and integrate AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.

- Design multi-agent systems that collaborate to achieve complex goals and automate business workflows.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, third-party tools, and user interfaces.

- Drive the development of production-grade AI solutions for use cases such as :

1. Customer Support Automation

2. AI Copilots & Assistants

3. Workflow Automation

4. Knowledge Management

5. Intelligent Operations

6. Software Development Assistants

- Optimize AI systems for scalability, reliability, security, cost efficiency, and performance.

- Establish AI engineering best practices, governance frameworks, and responsible AI standards.

- Mentor and guide AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and innovation.

- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Generative AI & Agentic AI :

- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as :

i. LangChain

ii. LangGraph

iii. CrewAI

iv. AutoGen

v. Semantic Kernel

- Experience designing autonomous AI agents with :

i. Planning and reasoning capabilities

ii. Tool usage and orchestration

iii. Memory management

iv. Multi-agent collaboration

v. Self-reflection and decision-making

2. AI/ML & Development :

- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.

- Hands-on experience with :

i. PyTorch

ii. TensorFlow

iii. Hugging Face

iv. OpenAI APIs

v. Anthropic Claude APIs

vi. Google Gemini APIs

- Experience implementing :

i. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

ii. Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)

iii. Prompt Engineering

iv. Fine-Tuning and Model Evaluation

3. Cloud & Deployment :

- Experience deploying AI solutions on :

i. AWS

ii. Azure

iii. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Strong understanding of :

i. Docker

ii. Kubernetes

iii. Microservices Architecture

iv. CI/CD Pipelines

v. MLOps and LLMOps

4. Leadership :

- Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams and delivering enterprise AI initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management and solution architecture capabilities.

- Ability to drive technical strategy and mentor cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building AI copilots, autonomous agents, or multi-agent ecosystems in production environments.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and advanced reasoning systems.

- Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, AI security, and compliance frameworks.

- Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published technical content are a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
