Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Architect Lead to drive enterprise data architecture, migration, integration, governance, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong data leadership with hands-on expertise in data migration, modern data platforms, AI-enabled delivery, and client advisory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data architecture, migration strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives for D365 F&O and CE programs.

- Own end-to-end data migration delivery including assessment, profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

- Design scalable integration architectures across D365, Dataverse, Azure, Power Platform, and third-party applications.

- Leverage AI and automation to improve data migration, data quality, testing, documentation, and delivery productivity.

- Establish standards for Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Security.

- Build reusable migration frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled delivery approaches.

- Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, solution design, pre-sales activities, estimates, and RFP responses.

- Mentor and develop Data Consultants, Migration Specialists, and Architects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Migration, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise data and migration solutions for D365 F&O and/or D365 CE.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Data Migration & ETL

2. Data Governance

3. Master Data Management (MDM)

4. Data Quality Management

5. Data Warehousing & Analytics

- Hands-on expertise with data migration and integration technologies including KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, Dataverse, D365 Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF), Azure SQL / SQL Server, and other Microsoft data platform technologies.

- Experience designing and implementing data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and related Azure data services.

- Experience with Dual Write, enterprise integrations, and large-scale data transformation programs.

- Practical experience using AI and Generative AI for data assessment, mapping, migration acceleration, reconciliation, validation, testing, documentation, and delivery automation.

- Strong client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered data management solutions.

- Experience migrating from Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.

- Microsoft Dynamics, Azure Data, Fabric, AI, or Data Engineering certifications.

- Experience building AI-assisted migration accelerators and automation frameworks.
