Position Description :

Sr. Data Developer I

Total Experience : 5-9 years

We are seeking an experienced Data Developer with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and strong SQL development skills.

The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end data solutions supporting analytics initiatives across clinical, regulatory, and commercial domains in the Life Sciences industry.

Tech Stack :

- Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows)

- Azure Synapse Analytics (Dedicated/Serverless SQL Pools, Pipelines)

- Azure Databricks (Notebooks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)

- SQL (complex queries, optimization, transformation logic)

- Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

- Develop curated datasets for clinical, regulatory, and commercial analytics using SQL and PySpark.

- Create and support dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Partner with Data Scientists to enable advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation in accordance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry best practices.

Education Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science.

- Microsoft Certified : DP-700 Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.

- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional (Preferred).

- Power BI Data Analyst (PL300) (Preferred).
