Job Title : Lead Data Engineer (Lead Informatica MDM / 360 Applications Developer).

Experience : 8+ years (8 to 11 years experience) hands on with Informatica MDM and/or Informatica 360 Applications.

Location : Chennai.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Informatica MDM and 360 Applications Developer to build and support enterprise master data solutions across Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360 (and related domains) to configure hub models, match/merge and survivorship, data quality controls, integrations, and API enablement to deliver trusted golden records.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Informatica MDM Hub data models (base/dependent objects, relationships, hierarchies, ORS).

- Implement and tune match/merge, survivorship, trust framework, and stewardship exception handling.

- Configure and extend 360 Applications (Customer/Product/Supplier/Reference) including UI/views, workflows, and business rules.

- Build and support integrations using IDMC/PowerCenter (loads, deltas, scheduling, performance tuning).

- Implement data quality validations/standardization and support DQ issue analysis and remediation.

- Expose mastered data via REST APIs and enable real-time/near-real-time patterns with security and monitoring.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, ERP teams, CRM teams, and data governance leads.

- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must Have :

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub) and/or Informatica 360 Applications.

- Experience with one or more : Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, Reference 360.

- Proven expertise in match/merge, survivorship/trust frameworks, XREF design, golden record stewardship, and exception handling.

- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Integration (IDMC and/or PowerCenter).

- Hands-on experience with Data Quality : standardization, validation, enrichment rule frameworks.

- Strong SQL skills; solid understanding of relational modelling and performance tuning.

- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and service-based integration patterns.

- Ability to think end to end across source ? MDM ? target ? analytics.

- Strong problem solving skills and attention to data detail.

- Effective communicator who can work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Data Governance & Catalog integration (glossary, lineage, classification).

- Experience with CI/CD for Informatica deployments and environment promotions (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).

- Exposure to cloud migration programs and data modernization initiatives.

- Strong understanding of stewardship operating models and governance processes.

- Experience migrating and integrating data with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce.

- Experience in ERP transformation or large system consolidation programs.
