Role & responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive key parts of Hexalogs next-generation logistics operating system that powers cross-border commerce. You will work across complex operational workflows, AI-powered automation, and platform capabilities to transform fragmented logistics processes into intelligent, scalable systems that drive real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of: Product Strategy, AI-Powered Systems, Platform, and Workflow Design.

What You'll Build:

- Workflow and operations platforms that orchestrate logistics processes across teams and systems

- Control tower and visibility solutions that provide real-time operational intelligence

- Supply, pricing, and decision-support systems that improve predictability and efficiency

- AI-powered automation capabilities that reduce manual effort and operational friction

- Platform and integration layers that connect internal products, external partners, and business workflows

Preferred candidate profile:

- 4 - 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within technology-driven organizations

- Strong experience building workflow-heavy, operations-focused, or data-intensive products

- Proven ability to break down complex systems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions

- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver products from concept to launch

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities

- Ability to balance strategic vision with execution details in fast-moving environments

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams

- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information

- A deep sense of ownership with a focus on delivering measurable business impact

- Passion for building products that solve real-world operational challenges at scale

Required Qualification:

- B.Tech from Tier 1 Campus is Mandatory (Preferably IIT's)

- MBA from IIM is an added advantage
