Hero FinCorp - Senior Full Stack Developer/Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of the core product architecture.

- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python.

- Develop high-quality cross-platform user interfaces using Flutter.

- Own end-to-end system design, including APIs, data models, and application workflows.

- Collaborate with Head of engineering and product stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across the stack.

- Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices.

- Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment.

- Participate in technical decision-making for architecture, frameworks, and tooling.

Required Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong backend development experience with Python.

- Experience building modern frontend or mobile applications with Flutter.

- Solid experience in full-stack system design and architecture.

- Experience building and deploying production-grade applications at scale.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
