Responsibilities :

1. Architect and develop backend-heavy systems, primarily using Node.js or similar technologies.

2. Build and optimize large-scale systems capable of handling terabytes of data and high transaction volumes.

3. Ensure stability and reliability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

4. Drive the scaling journey by implementing robust engineering solutions.

5. Optimize performance for systems dealing with high throughput and complex datasets.

6. Contribute to product stability and scalability while managing long-term technical debts.

Key Requirements

1. Experience : 7-13 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.

2. Proven experience in building and scaling highly scalable systems.

3. Prior involvement in scaling engineering teams and systems to handle significant growth.

5. Hands-on experience with data systems and managing terabytes of data in previous roles.

4. Solid understanding of handling high transaction systems (transactions per second).

Technical Skills :

1. Strong expertise in Node.js or similar backend-heavy technologies.

2. Hands-on experience with backend architecture and database systems.

3. Familiarity with modern engineering practices for scaling systems and ensuring reliability.

Preferred Domain Expertise :

1. Experience in Fintech, E-commerce (Q-commerce), Insurtech, or Brokertech.

2. Background in B2C product companies is a strong advantage.

Educational Qualification : B.Tech (mandatory).
