Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI and data science professional to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI solutions. The candidate will drive data-led decision-making, identify AI-driven business opportunities, and build scalable AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the organization's AI, machine learning, and data science roadmap.

- Lead the development and deployment of predictive models, intelligent automation, and generative AI applications.

- Oversee end-to-end machine learning workflows, from data preparation and experimentation to production deployment.

- Evaluate and implement LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-powered business solutions.

- Establish MLOps practices, model monitoring, data governance, and responsible AI standards.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact use cases.

- Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics professionals.

- Track project outcomes and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, advanced analytics, or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modelling.

- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and MLOps.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and team leadership skills.

- Preferred Candidate Profile: AI leaders, data science managers, ML engineering leads, and senior professionals with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
