Role Overview :

As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, based in Mumbai, you will spearhead the development and execution of our AI strategy, driving innovation across all business units. You will lead a team of talented data scientists and AI engineers, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Your work will directly impact our customers by enhancing their experience through personalized services, intelligent automation, and cutting-edge AI products. Key Responsibilities :

- Define and champion the overall AI strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives and market opportunities, to ensure AI initiatives drive tangible business outcomes.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, to maximize team effectiveness and individual growth.

- Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered products and features, from ideation to launch, working closely with product and engineering teams, to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.

- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, and assess their potential application to our business, to maintain a competitive edge and explore new avenues for innovation.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives.

- Oversee the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, to maintain customer trust and brand reputation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful AI strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

- Proven expertise in leading and managing high-performing data science and AI engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Deep understanding of various AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and Generative AI, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business challenges using AI.

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 12- 18 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and AI Product Development.
