Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI & Data Architecture to lead the organization's enterprise-wide AI and Data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will define and drive the AI and Data Architecture roadmap, build scalable and secure data platforms, and architect next-generation AI/GenAI solutions that enable business innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise AI & Data Strategy :

- Define and drive the enterprise AI and Data Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Align AI and data initiatives with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

- Provide architectural leadership across data, analytics, machine learning, and GenAI ecosystems.

Data Platform Architecture :

- Design and implement enterprise-scale Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse platforms, and Data Pipelines.

- Build modern real-time and event-driven data architectures.

- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance data ecosystems supporting analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- AWS, Azure AI, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modern data platforms.

Preferred Industry Experience :

- BFSI, FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking & Financial Services.

Tech Stack :

- AI/GenAI : LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI.

- Data Architecture : Data Modeling, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing.

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.

- Data Platforms : Databricks, Snowflake, etc.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases.

- Data Engineering : ETL/ELT, Streaming Data, Kafka.

- Programming : Python, SQL, Shell Scripting.

- Governance : Data Quality, Security, Privacy, Metadata, Lineage.

- LLMOps and AI Platform Engineering.
