The Product Manager will drive the go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, market positioning, and adoption of the Manufacturing AI Suite. The role will work closely with sales, account, architecture, and engineering teams to take the solution to customers, identify relevant manufacturing use cases, develop opportunities, and convert customer requirements into POCs and solution engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plan for the Manufacturing AI Suite.

- Engage customers to understand manufacturing challenges, identify AI use cases, and communicate the solutions business value and differentiation.

- Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities, build business cases, and support solution presentations and proposals.

- Coordinate customer demonstrations, workshops, and POCs in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.

- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, market demand, business value, and product adoption goals.

- Work with Partners to take solution to customers with a joint GTM route

Must-Have Skills :

- Go-to-market planning, solution positioning, and customer engagement

- Product strategy, roadmap, and backlog management

- Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 domain knowledge

- Business-case development, opportunity management, and stakeholder communication

- Understanding of AI/ML, GenAI and AI-agent use cases for manufacturing

- Experience coordinating customer demonstrations, workshops, POCs, or solution development

- Experience of taking AI based solutions to market.

- Establishing and nurturing partnerships

Good - to-Have Skills :

- Experience with manufacturing AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality inspection, and process optimization

- Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposal

- Understanding of AWS or Azure AI ecosystems

- Awareness of RAG, agentic AI, and multi-agent solutions

- Certifications on Product Management, AI foundational certifications like Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or AWS Certified AI Practitioner will be added advantage but not must

Candidates with prior experience in the Manufacturing, Industrial, Smart Manufacturing, or IIoT domain will be preferred
