- Hands-on experience with :

1. CrowdStrike Falcon / LogScale / Next-Gen SIEM

2. SIEM platforms (any of : Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel is added advantage)

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Log formats (Syslog, JSON, CEF, LEEF)

2. Parsing techniques (Regex, Grok, field extraction)

- Experience in :

1. API integrations & scripting (Python / PowerShell preferred)

2. Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

Security Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of :

1. SOC operations & incident response lifecycle

2. MITRE ATT&CK framework

3. Threat detection methodologies

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work in high-pressure SOC environments

- Good communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Certifications :

- CrowdStrike Certifications (Falcon / LogScale)

- Splunk / QRadar / Microsoft Sentinel certifications

- CEH, CISSP, GCIA, or equivalent

Key Deliverables :

- Successful onboarding of log sources with proper parsing

- High-fidelity detection use cases

- Reduced false positives and improved alert quality

- Stable and optimized SIEM platform
