Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents to automate and optimize new or existing business/product workflows.

- Evaluate and compare LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG and AI products to identify the best-fit solution for each use case.

- Analyze product gaps and recommend AI-driven efficiency improvements.

- Design retrieval, tooling, and guardrails to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable agent behavior.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

- Create and deliver KT and enablement for teams to adopt AI agents effectively.

- Monitor performance using evaluation metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement loops.

- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models and LLM-based applications to address specific client business requirements and improve process automation.

- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable AI roadmaps and high-performance technical specifications.

- Mentor a team of engineers by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices for model fine-tuning, and ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
