Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, Python, and Artificial Intelligence (AI/Generative AI) to design, develop, and deliver next-generation digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong full-stack development experience, expertise in building scalable cloud-native applications, and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation capabilities into enterprise applications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop secure, high-performing, and business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring technologies.

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services.

- Implement reusable components and shared services across projects.

- Participate in complete SDLC activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Backend Development (Java/Spring) :

- Develop applications using Java 8/11/17/21.

- Design and implement Spring Boot-based microservices.

- Develop REST APIs and integration services.

- Implement security using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.

- Work with Hibernate, JPA, and ORM frameworks.

- Develop asynchronous services using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and messaging frameworks.

- Optimize high-volume transaction processing systems.

Front-End Development (React) :

- Build modern web applications using React.js.

- Develop reusable UI components and frontend frameworks.

- Implement responsive designs and ensure browser compatibility.

- Integrate React applications with backend APIs.

- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.

- Improve user experience through performance optimization techniques.

Python Development :

- Develop backend services and automation solutions using Python.

- Build AI/ML integration services and data-processing pipelines.

- Design APIs and microservices using Flask or FastAPI.

- Create utilities for workflow automation, data transformation, and reporting.

- Work with Python libraries for AI, machine learning, and analytics.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams for model deployment.

AI / Generative AI Development :

- Design and build AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.

- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.

- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and copilots.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Build semantic search and intelligent document processing solutions.

- Develop AI Agent-based workflows and decision-making systems.

- Create prompt engineering frameworks and optimize prompts for business use cases.

- Integrate vector databases and embedding models.

- Monitor AI model performance and response quality.
