Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications that drive digital transformation for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your day-to-day contributions will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our clients' digital platforms, ensuring that our software architecture remains robust, secure, and capable of handling high-volume traffic.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise users.

- Design and implement modular microservices to replace monolithic legacy systems, improving the scalability and maintainability of client platforms.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using AngularJS to enhance the end-user experience and engagement.

- Develop and integrate secure RESTful Webservices to facilitate seamless data exchange between disparate internal and external systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in clean coding and test-driven development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with 5 to 12 years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design patterns and clean architecture.

- Extensive experience in designing and deploying microservices architecture within cloud-native environments.

- Proven ability to develop front-end components using AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance.

- Solid understanding of RESTful Webservices, including API design, security, and documentation standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a hybrid team setup in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
