Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Architect based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for complex enterprise-grade applications, bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and robust technical execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key client stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Your daily focus involves driving architectural decisions, mentoring senior engineering talent, and ensuring that the technology stack aligns with long-term business goals, ultimately impacting the efficiency and reliability of digital platforms used by global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java and modern full-stack frameworks to ensure high availability and system scalability for global clients.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems into microservices architecture to improve modularity and deployment velocity.

- Define and enforce coding standards and architectural patterns to maintain high code quality and system maintainability across distributed teams.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline release cycles.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and cloud-native services on AWS to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, with a deep understanding of RESTful Webservices and API design.

- Proven ability to architect full-stack solutions by integrating modern JavaScript frameworks with robust backend services and SQL-based database architectures.

- Extensive experience in cloud-native development on AWS, including the deployment and management of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong proficiency in implementing CI/CD workflows and automated testing frameworks to ensure seamless delivery and production stability.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating leadership in managing large-scale projects with 15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact software solutions.
