Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gen AI Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to build innovative applications that solve real-world problems for our clients. Your work will directly impact the development of cutting-edge AI-powered products and services, enhancing user experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications integrating GenAI models for various business use cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Implement and optimize GenAI models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation, to achieve desired performance and accuracy.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to expose GenAI capabilities to other applications and systems, ensuring seamless integration.

- Develop user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks to enable intuitive interaction with GenAI models, enhancing user adoption.

- Deploy and monitor GenAI applications on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security, optimizing resource utilization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GenAI applications, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system stability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and full-stack development, proactively identifying opportunities to improve our technology stack and processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- Proven ability to develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud.

- Experience working with GenAI models and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a distributed team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues across different locations.
