Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics across our OTT platforms, and media data pipelines. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of user behavior, content consumption patterns, and app performance, along with AWS Cloud expertise and strong command over SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines across platforms (OTT, Mobile Application & DTH).

- Analyze app usage behavior, recharge patterns, session data, and content consumption to uncover insights and drive user engagement.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, and content teams to translate business goals into analytical solutions.

- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analysis on churn, retention, and user journey to inform business and product strategies.

- Monitor and report key metrics like ARPU, session duration, retention, conversion, and viewership trends.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, governance, and alignment across all data sources and reports.

- Leverage AWS Cloud tools (Redshift, Athena, Glue) and contribute to data infrastructure and automation efforts.

- Support data science initiatives, including feature engineering, modeling support, and experimentation (A/B testing).

- Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-first culture within cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in OTT, media, or app-based environments.

- Strong experience in SQL, Python, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Familiarity with Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar app analytics tools is a plus.

- Expertise in dashboarding and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.

- Exposure to data science tools (e.g., Python, Jupyter, ML models) and A/B testing frameworks.

- Deep understanding of digital KPIs, user funneling, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.

- Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to lead data initiatives independently
