Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced Sr. Data Architects / Leads with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, data architecture, cloud data platforms, data warehousing, BI, and analytics. The role requires an individual who can take ownership of end-to-end data solutions, define scalable architectures, optimize data pipelines and reporting platforms, and provide technical leadership to data engineering and BI teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and robust enterprise data architectures for large-scale analytics and reporting.

- Define data architecture strategies across Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SQL environments.

- Design and optimize modern data platforms, including data lake, data warehouse, and lakehouse architectures.

- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Design and develop data processing and transformation solutions using Azure Databricks.

- Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.

- Establish best practices for data governance, security, quality, and documentation.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and BI teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, BI Development, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SQL.

- Strong experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling.

- Experience providing technical leadership to data engineering/BI teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
