Role Overview :

Looking for a Lead/Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production ML/Deep Learning systems, model optimization, deployment, and MLOps.

The role will involve designing scalable AI solutions and providing technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning solutions.

- Work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for model development and optimization.

- Develop solutions using CNNs, Transformers, sequence models, and RL algorithms such as PPO, SAC, TD3, and CQL.

- Optimize inference using TensorRT, ONNX, and Triton, balancing accuracy and latency.

- Deploy and scale models using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/ARO, and Azure ML.

- Implement MLOps, CI/CD, model serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Define AI/ML engineering standards and evaluation frameworks.

- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of ML/AI experience with production ML/DL systems.

- Strong Python and hands-on expertise with PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.

- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Transformers, CNNs, sequence models, and/or RL.

- Experience with model serving, inference optimization, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure ML, and MLOps.

- Strong understanding of applied mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.

- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
