Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end web solutions, bridging the gap between complex server-side logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance applications. By maintaining a focus on clean code and seamless integration, you will directly influence the digital experience of our global user base and drive significant improvements in our platforms reliability and feature velocity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust backend services using Python to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our core product offerings.

- Build responsive, user-centric front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3 to enhance customer engagement and accessibility.

- Architect and optimize complex SQL database schemas to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for mission-critical business operations.

- Participate in full-lifecycle software development, from initial system design and code reviews to deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.

- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in developing scalable web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks, demonstrating a deep understanding of both server-side and client-side architecture.

- Strong proficiency in crafting semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3 to deliver seamless, cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

- Advanced capability in designing and querying relational databases using SQL, with a focus on performance tuning and data security.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams located anywhere in India.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
