- Strong communication skills, attending Sephora meetings related to the project, initiate conversations, be a driver for both engineering and external teams (Sephora Product managers, Project managers, SAs, Tech Leads, QAs, stakeholders)

- Build collaborative partnerships with architects, technical leads and key individuals within other functional groups

- Manage the backlog

- Work with product and engineering team to understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisions, work closely with GridDynamics and Sephora Solution Architects
