Job Description :

Role : Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript/Go).

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Chennai.

Shift : Pacific Time (upto 11PM IST hours).

Core Skills : Full-stack development, TypeScript/Go, microservices, OAuth/AD integration, VSCode extension development.

Requirements :

Backend development experience required; Go is mandatory.

Candidate Responsibilities :

1. Mandatory Backend Expertise :

- Lead backend development using GoLang (Mandatory) to build high-performance, scalable microservices that form the backbone of our internal developer tools.

2. VSCode Extension Development :

- Design and implement sophisticated VSCode extensions to provide a seamless, high-productivity environment for global engineering teams.

3. Full-Stack Tooling :

- Leverage TypeScript and modern frameworks to bridge front-end extensibility with robust backend logic.

4. Identity & Security :

- Integrate enterprise-grade OAuth and Active Directory (AD) flows to ensure secure, frictionless access across the platform ecosystem.

5. Architectural Influence :

- Collaborate on microservices architecture, ensuring every component is designed for maximum reliability and global scale.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Golang or Java, with a deep understanding of concurrency, memory management, and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in developing complex frontend applications using TypeScript, coupled with a strong grasp of modern web standards and state management.

- Ability to design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance in distributed environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate effectively in a hybrid or remote work setup.

- A minimum of 5 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably within a product-based or high-end consulting environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
