You will be part of a newly formed ITC engineering team focused on building high-impact, enterprise-grade applications using modern cloud-native technologies and event-driven architectures.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and event-driven systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can independently drive design, development, testing, deployment, and production support while mentoring engineers and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications and services.

- Own capabilities end-to-end across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production support.

- Build modern and scalable applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js on the frontend.

- Develop backend services using Java, Spring, Apache Camel, and Node.js frameworks.

- Design and implement automated testing solutions using Cucumber, JUnit, and related testing frameworks.

- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS managed services for scalability, resilience, and performance.

- Design event-driven architectures using Kafka, JMS, Amazon MQ, and DynamoDB.

- Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting using Splunk and SignalFx.

- Own CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices using Jenkins and GitHub workflows.

- Drive release readiness, production stability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, innovation, and modern development practices.

- Demonstrate an AI-first engineering mindset by leveraging AI-powered developer tools to accelerate development and learning.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Experience Required :

- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

- Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or consumer order management domains is preferred.
