Candidate Responsibilities :

- Experience leading teams in a highly collaborative environment, 8+ years of hands-on industry software development experience.

- Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable full-stack solutions in the retail and consumer order management domain, owning capabilities end-to-end.

- Build modern highly scalable applications using JavaScript/React/Vue.js on the frontend and Java with Spring / Camel & Node.js related frameworks on the backend.

- Design and implement automated tests using Cucumber, JUnit, and related testing frameworks to ensure high quality and reliability.

- Implement cloud-native services on AWS, leveraging managed services for scalability, resilience, and performance.

- Experience with AWS products including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3.

- Design data and integration solutions using JMS, DynamoDB, Kafka, and Amazon MQ for event-driven architectures.

- Implement strong observability and operational readiness using Splunk and SignalFx, including monitoring and alerting.

- Own build, release, and production support for team-owned capabilities, ensuring stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate an AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development and learning.

- Mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and continuously explore emerging technologies to foster innovation.

- Own CI/CD (Jenkins) and engineering hygiene : GitHub workflows (branching, PR reviews, code quality, collaboration) and release readiness.
