About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Platform to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core platform capabilities.

The role requires a product leader who can work across engineering, design, data, business, and operations teams to build scalable platform solutions that enable multiple products and business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in platform product management, API-driven products, system integrations, developer-facing products, workflow platforms, or enterprise technology products.

The candidate should combine strong product thinking with technical understanding and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities.

- Understand business, customer, and engineering requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions.

- Own product discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.

- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define platform capabilities, APIs, services, workflows, and integrations.

- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.

- Drive platform modernization and scalability initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and release cycles.

- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, platform performance, and business outcomes.

- Identify gaps in existing platform capabilities and develop solutions to improve usability, scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ecosystem needs.

- Partner with UX and design teams to create intuitive platform experiences.

- Coordinate multiple teams and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.

- Conduct competitive and market research to identify emerging platform trends and opportunities.

- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to senior leadership.

- Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback, data analysis, experimentation, and product discovery.

- Experience managing complex roadmaps with multiple cross-functional dependencies.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions.
