Role Overview :

As a GRC Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and customization of GRC solutions for our clients, primarily focusing on ServiceNow, OnSpring, and Aravo platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other consultants to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and configure the GRC platform to meet those needs. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to effectively manage risk, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective GRC solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow, OnSpring, or Aravo platforms to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Develop and implement workflows, policies, and controls within the GRC platform to automate risk management and compliance processes.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the GRC solution.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the GRC solution functions as designed and meets client expectations.

- Develop and deliver training to clients on how to use the GRC platform effectively, empowering them to manage risk and compliance independently.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest GRC trends and technologies, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to implement and customize GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, OnSpring, or Aravo.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing workflows, policies, and controls within GRC systems.

- Strong understanding of GRC principles, risk management methodologies, and compliance frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
