Role Overview :

As a Graph and Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the sophisticated data ecosystems that power our clients' most complex analytical engines. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure teams to transform raw, siloed information into interconnected, actionable knowledge graphs.

Your daily contributions will directly influence how organizations visualize relationships within their data, ultimately enabling faster decision-making and more robust system performance for large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable data infrastructure to support high-throughput graph processing and real-time analytical queries.

- Develop and maintain complex semantic models that accurately represent business domains and facilitate seamless data interoperability across disparate systems.

- Optimize Graph DBMS performance by fine-tuning query execution plans, indexing strategies, and storage configurations to meet strict latency requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate graph-based solutions into existing microservices architectures, ensuring reliability and maintainability.

- Establish best practices for data governance and schema evolution to ensure the long-term integrity and usability of the platform's knowledge graph.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing Graph DBMS environments, with a deep understanding of graph theory and its application in enterprise data modeling.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex semantic models that bridge the gap between technical data structures and business requirements.

- Strong proficiency in building and scaling data infrastructure, with a focus on performance optimization and system reliability in distributed environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative design sessions.

- A minimum of 6 - 12 years of experience in data engineering or platform development, with a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
