We are looking for an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC and experience leading GRC technology implementations, integrations, and delivery initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for translating business, risk, security, and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing project delivery, stakeholders, and technical teams.

The role requires a combination of ServiceNow GRC development, solution design, team leadership, client management, and governance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, customization, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.

- Work with business, security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Lead project delivery activities including planning, estimation, task allocation, resource management, and progress tracking.

- Manage and mentor GRC and ServiceNow development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery quality.

- Design and implement GRC workflows, processes, controls, risk management solutions, and compliance-related configurations.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Workflows, and Email Notifications.

- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and Scripted Web Services.

- Ensure secure and accurate data exchange and synchronization across integrated platforms.

- Support ServiceNow version upgrades, patches, enhancements, and platform maintenance activities.

- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Knowledge Bases and Knowledge Articles.

- Provide technical guidance on security architecture, GRC processes, platform capabilities, and solution design.

- Translate business problems and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, technical discussions, demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

- Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration, workflow, and production issues and drive timely resolution.

- Establish development standards, SDLC practices, documentation, and quality processes for GRC implementations.

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of GRC operations.

- Ensure solutions adhere to organizational security, governance, compliance, and architectural standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7.5+ years of experience in GRC, ServiceNow GRC, security governance, risk management, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementation, configuration, customization, and development.

- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance processes, controls, risk assessment, and compliance management.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Workflows, and Notifications.

- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and Scripted Web Services.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.

- Good understanding of Service Portal, Page Design, and Wd platform maintenance.

- Experience with Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article configuration.

- Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Experience managing technical teams and project delivery.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong stakeholder, client, and team management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with other GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or Bwise.

- ServiceNow certifications.

- Knowledge of security architecture and cloud security concepts.

- Experience with JavaScript, Java, or other scripting technologies.

- Experience in pre-sales, technical solutioning, and proposal development.

- Exposure to IT risk, audit, regulatory compliance, and security governance frameworks.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 15 years of full-time education is required.
