Key Responsibilities :
Process Definition & Governance :
- Define, document, and maintain engineering lifecycle processes
- Ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and automotive frameworks
- Establish clear process workflows, roles, and responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with engineering, quality, cybersecurity and functional safety teams
- Support globally distributed teams in consistent process adoption
Continuous Improvement & Coaching :
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach teams on standard processes, compliance expectations, and best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or development process management
- Strong understanding of ASPICE processes and assessment expectations
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity standard (ISO 21434).
- Solid understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven development environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- ASPICE Provisional Assessor or Functional Safety certification (preferred)
- Experience supporting ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity compliance
- Experience in automotive, embedded software, or systems integration programs
- Good understanding of V-model development
- Experience using lifecycle and process management tools such as Stages by UL
- Experience using Confluence for process documentation, knowledge management, and audit evidence
- Familiarity with requirements and engineering toolchains (e.g., Jira, Polarion, DOORS, similar tools)
