Role Summary :

We are hiring a Golang Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance backend systems in a microservices architecture. The role involves system design, development, and optimization of distributed services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).

- Contribute to system design and architecture of microservices.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient Go code.

- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

- Debug production issues and improve CI/CD and automation.

Skills Required :

- Strong Go experience with concurrency (goroutines, channels).

- Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs.

- Cloud platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure.

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools.

- SQL & NoSQL databases; Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS.

- Monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
