Golang Developer - Backend System

About the Company :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Golang Developer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable backend systems using Go, experience in developing REST and GraphQL APIs, and proficiency with database ORM tools like GORM.

Experience with 6+ years in Golang and similar cloud-native platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.

- Build and expose RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.

- Integrate with SQL databases using GORM or equivalent ORM frameworks.

- Collaborate with DevOps to containerize and deploy applications on OpenShift or similar platforms.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development processes.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang and concurrent programming.

- Must have experience with team handling.

- Solid understanding and experience with REST API and GraphQL API development.

- Proficient in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) using GORM or similar ORM tools.

- Familiarity with authentication/authorization, caching, and rate limiting patterns.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.

- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
