- Design, develop, and deploy Java applications and framework components (web/services/executables).

- Research and evaluate solution options, third-party libraries, and frameworks to select optimal solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Mentor and train Java developers within the team.

- Troubleshoot development and deployment issues for web applications, services, and batch processes.

- Own deployment activities for components across non-production and production environments.

- Monitor and resolve production and non-production issues.

- Write clean, efficient, and secure code.

- Prepare integration and design documentation.

- Participate in performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skill Set :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE technologies, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices, RESTful/SOAP Web Services.

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, exception handling, memory management, multithreading, and dependency injection.

- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Servlet.

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with ORM frameworks (JPA2, Hibernate).

- Working knowledge of Java IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).

- Experience with frameworks like Spring, Struts, JSF.

- Knowledge of build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git).

- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and tools like Jenkins, GitHub pipelines.

- Preferred Skills : Experience in SaaS, PaaS, cloud-based applications; front-end technologies such as AngularJS / ReactJS.
