Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with strong interest and hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong foundations in Machine Learning, NLP, Python development, and modern AI frameworks while working on real-world enterprise AI systems.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and scalable Generative AI platforms used in enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support AI/ML solutions focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Work on AI-powered enterprise applications including chatbots, AI assistants, automation workflows, and intelligent search systems.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering workflows.

- Support development of agentic AI systems, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM models for enterprise use cases.

- Collaborate with senior AI engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

- Develop backend APIs and AI integration services for enterprise applications.

- Work on vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Participate in model evaluation, experimentation, benchmarking, and AI performance optimization.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AI applications.

- Stay updated with latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI frameworks.

- Contribute to AI research initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and innovation projects.

Required Skills :

- 2- 4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, or Backend AI development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.

- Good understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.

- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.

- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search concepts.

- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI ecosystems.

- Experience building REST APIs and backend services.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing workflows.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to Agentic AI systems and AI workflow orchestration.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps workflows.

- Experience working on voice-based AI or real-time AI applications.

- Knowledge of fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tools.

- Contributions to AI research, hackathons, or open-source projects.
