Globant - Machine Learning Engineer - Data Science

Job Description :

We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines on Google Cloud Platform to ensure seamless data ingestion, model training, and production deployment for enterprise clients.

- Lead the operationalization of machine learning models using Vertex AI to streamline model lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous retraining processes.

- Design high-performance algorithms using Python to address specific business problems, ensuring that models are both scalable and optimized for production environments.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices in code quality, model validation, and system architecture.

- Partner with client stakeholders to define project scope, identify high-impact use cases, and articulate the technical value of AI initiatives to non-technical audiences.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive advantage in the solutions delivered to our diverse client base.
