We are looking for a skilled and production-focused Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in ML development, MLOps, and cloud platforms, along with a proven track record of taking models from experimentation to production.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning development; familiarity with additional languages like Clojure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

- Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.

- Solid understanding of MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Flux.

- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines in production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.

- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Implement model versioning, retraining workflows, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure model explainability, reproducibility, and governance across ML systems.

- Work with large-scale datasets using distributed computing frameworks.

- Optimize model performance and infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for ML workflows.
