We are looking for an experienced Global IT Asset Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across a large enterprise environment. The role requires strong expertise in IT Asset Management, CMDB governance, ITSM tools, reporting, audit support, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, maintenance, transfer, disposal and refresh.

- Develop and maintain an effective asset management plan for the organization.

- Ensure high data accuracy and governance within CMDB and ITSM systems.

- Update, analyze and refresh CMDB data on a regular basis.

- Monitor asset performance, utilization, maintenance cost and downtime.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards and audit requirements.

- Support audit activities through accurate reporting and asset documentation.

- Collaborate with internal departments to align asset management practices with business goals.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

- Manage vendor and supplier relationships for timely and cost-effective asset management.

- Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITAM best practices.

Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with strong exposure to CMDB, ITSM tools, asset lifecycle management, governance, reporting and audit support. Experience working in a global or large enterprise environment will be preferred.
