About The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer (3+ years) to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in backend development (Python, Django/FastAPI, microservices, AWS) and proven hands-on experience with frontend development in React/TypeScript.

A solid background in DevOps and cloud deployment is essential. Experience with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Gen AI is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Python.

- Build and optimize frontend applications using React/TypeScript, integrated with backend APIs.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, etc.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Work closely with architects and AI engineers to build and integrate GenAI components.

- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security through monitoring and best practices.

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end features.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Django, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Experience in securing the APIs using different authentication and authorization schemes.

- Proven experience building React/TypeScript frontends integrated with backend services.

- Expertise on building/maintaining/scaling Relational (PostgreSQL) and Non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

- Hands-on experience with using AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Lambda) to build Cloud-native applications.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).

- Solid knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).

- Exposure to Generative AI integration libraries/platforms (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, etc.) is a strong plus.
