Role Overview :

As the AI Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives, bridging the gap between raw data and production-grade intelligence. You will lead a high-caliber team of data scientists and engineers, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your day-to-day will involve architecting LLM-based applications, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring the seamless deployment of models through MLOps best practices, ultimately driving the companys strategic AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LlamaIndex to solve complex business challenges.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and engineering to deployment and continuous monitoring.

- Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical rigor, code quality, and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI integration across the companys platforms.

- Establish MLOps standards and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of production AI systems.

- Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to maintain the companys competitive edge in the data science landscape.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python and advanced machine learning frameworks, with a proven track record of building production-ready AI systems.

- Strong proficiency in modern data engineering practices and the ability to design robust pipelines that handle large-scale, unstructured datasets.

- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools including LangChain and LlamaIndex, specifically in implementing RAG architectures.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, including model versioning, automated testing, and deployment strategies in cloud environments.

- A minimum of 7 - 10 years of professional experience in data science and AI/ML roles, ideally within fast-paced, product-focused environments.

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, combined with the adaptability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Noida.
