Job Description :

We are looking for a Generative AI Lead / Architect with strong experience in AI/ML solution design, cloud platforms, NLP, and enterprise AI architecture. The role will involve designing end-to-end AI solutions, guiding technical teams, working with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, secure, and responsible deployment of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions, from requirement gathering and data preparation through model development, deployment, and optimization.

- Evaluate business requirements and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, architectures, and deployment approaches.

- Design AI architectures covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model integration, inference, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Provide technical leadership to AI/ML engineering and data science teams.

- Work with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

- Design and implement solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and related AI technologies.

- Work with Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, embeddings, LLMs, and other modern NLP techniques.

- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for AI/ML solution development and deployment.

- Apply data science and ML frameworks including Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, TensorFlow, and Keras.

- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Establish responsible AI practices covering data privacy, fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.

- Evaluate AI models and solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and business effectiveness.

- Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI automation, and machine learning.

- Support project planning, technical estimation, milestones, and delivery in collaboration with project and delivery teams.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI capability building and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of overall experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related technology roles.

- Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise-scale AI implementations.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression, decision trees, random forests, SVMs, and neural networks.

- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, Transformer models, LLMs, embeddings, and attention mechanisms.

- Strong programming and data science experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and related frameworks.

- Experience with TensorFlow/Keras or equivalent deep learning frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform - AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, data quality, and model evaluation.

- Experience designing scalable AI architectures and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, AI governance, and ethical AI principles.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Computer Vision, reinforcement learning, robotics, or AI-driven automation.

- Domain experience in BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or other enterprise environments.

- Experience with AI/ML MLOps, model monitoring, deployment automation, and cloud-native AI services.

- Experience managing AI projects and coordinating distributed technical teams.
