Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI product development, LLM orchestration, and full-stack engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-first solutions, implementing RAG architectures, integrating LLMs into production systems, and contributing across frontend, backend, and AI workflows.

This role requires a combination of Generative AI architecture knowledge, product mindset, and technical proficiency in React, Node.js, NestJS, and Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver AI-first product capabilities such as :

a. Contract Summarization

b. Semantic Search

c. Guided Workflows

d. Benchmarking Insights

- Integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) including :

a. OpenAI

b. Anthropic

c. Mistral

- Build scalable AI workflows using :

a. LangChain

b. LlamaIndex

- Custom orchestration frameworks

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Develop embedding-based semantic search using vector databases such as :

a. Pinecone

b. Weaviate

c. pgvector

- Rapidly prototype, test, and optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance

- Contribute across the technology stack :

a. Python for AI/ML workflows

b. React for frontend development

c. Node.js / NestJS for backend integration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products

Required Skills :

- 6- 8 years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities

- Hands-on expertise in :

a. Generative AI / LLMs

e. Python

- Strong understanding of AI architecture and product integration

- Experience with :

a. RAG pipelines

b. Prompt engineering

Preferred Skills :

- Experience building enterprise AI products

- Exposure to legal tech, workflow automation, or knowledge systems

- Familiarity with cloud deployment and AI infrastructure

Work Model :

- Hybrid role with mandatory 3 days/week Work From Office

- Candidates must be based in Accion operational cities (Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad)

- Remote flexibility may be available, but candidates must be able to visit office for meetings and asset collection
