Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python, LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API development, and modern frontend technologies. The role involves building scalable AI-powered solutions, integrating enterprise data sources, and delivering intuitive user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.

- Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and contextual responses.

- Implement vector search solutions using ElasticSearch or equivalent vector databases.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask for AI services and backend integration.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications and external tools.

- Develop interactive frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Build AI-powered chat interfaces with conversational capabilities.

- Develop file upload and document processing modules for AI workflows.

- Create image generation preview and visualization components where applicable.

- Ensure responsive, scalable, and accessible user interface design.

- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality.

- Optimize AI application performance, latency, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain reusable AI components and libraries.

- Process and extract information from PDF and document-based data sources.

- Implement OCR-based document extraction solutions when required.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

- Deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Configure and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

- Work within Agile methodologies using Jira or similar collaboration tools.

- Stay updated with emerging advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.

Required Skill Sets :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Experience building Agentic AI applications and multi-agent workflows.

- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

- Experience with ElasticSearch as a vector store.

- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

- Experience integrating Large Language Models through APIs.

- Expertise in FastAPI and/or Flask for backend development.

- Strong experience with REST API design and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
