AI Engineer :

Your key responsibilities :

- Support the design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled products and services to be shared with senior executives, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.

- Interact with global and local stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI, machine learning, or generative AI use cases.

- Design, build, and optimize AI pipelines, model serving workflows, and production-ready APIs for intelligent applications.

- Identify and drive resolution of gaps in model performance, data quality, observability, and AI system reliability.

- Identify and implement engineering process improvements across model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Design, develop, and maintain AI solutions such as predictive models, NLP services, recommendation systems, copilots, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.

- Craft and execute experiments, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and data pipelines to improve model outcomes.

- Present insights, model outputs, and solution recommendations through dashboards, reports, prototypes, and technical walkthroughs.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications, AI architecture decisions, and measurable success criteria.

- Maintain and support AI platforms, model registries, vector databases, feature stores, and cloud-native ML services.

- Conduct unit testing, model validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for AI and data workflows.

- Understand the latest machine learning, LLM, prompt engineering, and MLOps techniques and tools.
