We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Python, and AI application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions that solve complex business and engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.

- Build intelligent workflows using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI.

- Develop scalable AI solutions using GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral models.

- Implement Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Fine-tune domain-specific and code-generation models.

- Evaluate AI outputs for hallucinations, bias, safety, and reliability.

- Develop AI guardrails and validation frameworks.

- Optimize model performance, inference speed, and token utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.

Required Qualifications :

- 2+ years of software development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM development.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Claude Code, or similar agentic frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer Architectures, Embedding Models, and RAG.

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
