About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and production-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines, conversational AI solutions, and intelligent automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Build LLM-powered solutions for enterprise business use cases, intelligent automation, and decision-support systems.

- Design and develop AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Develop scalable AI services and applications using Python and FastAPI.

- Deploy GenAI and ML applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with robust MLOps practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI Engineering, or NLP.

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, and Deep Learning.

- Excellent programming skills in Python.

- Experience building AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases.

- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM fine-tuning.

- Experience deploying AI applications on GCP and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

- Strong hands-on engineering experience with production AI systems.
