Role Overview :

Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI-based solutions using industry-standard tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and frameworks including Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Google ADK/SDK.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and integrate scalable AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate Quality Engineering, testing, and business processes.

- Drive prompt engineering initiatives by designing, optimizing, and governing prompts, skill files, system instructions, and agent workflows.

- Lead AI Assurance activities, including functional validation, response evaluation, safety testing, risk assessment, and performance benchmarking.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in prompt engineering, agent development, and AI testing.

- Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and automation utilities to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AI agent workflows, integrations, model responses, and orchestration logic.

- Work with cloud and AI ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI for deploying and scaling AI solutions.

- Stay abreast of advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM evaluation techniques.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent.

- 5-9 years of experience in Data Science, AI, ML, and Gen AI.

- Proficiency in Python development.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on Generative AI-based solution implementation.
