Generative AI Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications and solutions.

- Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.

- Develop AI applications leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.

- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.

- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance of AI solutions.

- Mentor development teams and contribute to AI strategy and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 12 - 18 years of overall IT experience with 2 - 3 years of hands-on GenAI experience.

- Strong experience in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.

- Experience with RAG architecture and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, etc.).

- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud-based AI platforms.

- Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

- Understanding of ML/AI concepts, MLOps, and model deployment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Cloud services.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.

- Exposure to chatbot, copilots, document intelligence, and automation solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills.
