Role Overview :

We are looking for an AI / Generative AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications. The role focuses on developing practical Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.

- Build RAG-based solutions for enterprise use cases, including data ingestion, retrieval, and response generation.

- Develop AI agents and workflows using Agentic AI frameworks.

- Integrate LLMs, AI services, APIs, and enterprise data sources into production applications.

- Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques to improve AI application performance.

- Deploy and manage AI solutions using cloud-based AI platforms.

- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize AI applications across development and production environments.

- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

What we're looking for :

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

- Practical experience building RAG applications and Agentic AI solutions.

- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services.

- Strong programming and application development skills.

- Understanding of model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application deployment.

- Good problem-solving and collaboration skills.
