- Design and develop Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for business use cases.

- Build and integrate LLM-based applications using modern GenAI technologies.

- Develop solutions involving RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Evaluate and integrate foundation models and AI services based on business requirements.

- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications into production environments.

- Work with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost.

- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

- Troubleshoot model and application issues and continuously improve solution quality.

- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in AI/ML or related engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

- Good understanding of LLMs, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

- Experience with Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks.

- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, model APIs, and AI integration.

- Understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms and deployment practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience developing production-grade GenAI/AI solutions.

- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or conversational AI.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model evaluation, and deployment.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
